About NITE

NITE is a professional association dedicated to promoting excellence, innovation, collaboration, and professional development within the Information Technology industry.

Membership

Membership is subject to approval by NITE and may require verification of qualifications, professional experience, and other eligibility requirements.

NITE reserves the right to approve, reject, suspend, or terminate membership applications or memberships at its discretion where it deems necessary to protect the integrity of the Association.

Member Responsibilities

Members agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information.
• Maintain professional and ethical conduct.
• Respect fellow members and stakeholders.
• Comply with all Association policies and guidelines.
• Protect confidential information obtained through NITE activities.
• Pay all applicable membership fees and dues.

Conferences, Events and Programs

NITE may organize conferences, seminars, workshops, webinars, training programs, networking events, and professional development activities.

Participants are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully at all times.

NITE reserves the right to remove any participant whose behavior is disruptive, abusive, discriminatory, unethical, or harmful to others.

Professional Conduct

Members and participants shall not engage in:

• Harassment or discrimination.
• Fraudulent activities.
• Misrepresentation of qualifications.
• Conduct that may damage the reputation of NITE.
• Unauthorized use of Association resources or intellectual property.

Violations may result in disciplinary action, suspension, termination of membership, or legal action where appropriate.

Intellectual Property

All content published by NITE, including logos, publications, presentations, event materials, videos, training resources, research documents, and website content, remains the intellectual property of NITE.

No material may be reproduced, copied, distributed, modified, published, or sold without prior written consent.

Payments

All fees relating to memberships, events, certifications, sponsorships, partnerships, and other services must be paid in accordance with applicable payment requirements.

NITE reserves the right to suspend benefits or deny access to services where payments remain outstanding.

Limitation of Liability

NITE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or business-related losses arising from participation in its programs, events, memberships, or services.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

Amendments

NITE reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of NITE services constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
