REFUND POLICY

All refund requests must be submitted in writing and are subject to review and approval by NITE.

Submission of a refund request does not automatically guarantee approval.

Membership Fees

Membership registration fees, annual dues, renewal fees, application fees, and membership-related charges are strictly non-refundable once processed.

Conferences, Seminars and Events

Participants may request cancellation of event registrations up to seven (7) calendar days before the scheduled event date.

Approved refunds may be subject to a 30% administrative and processing fee.

Refund requests submitted less than seven (7) days before the event may not qualify for a refund.

Training and Professional Development Programs

Participants may submit a written refund request up to seven (7) calendar days before the commencement date of a training or professional development program.

Approved refunds may be subject to administrative charges.

Once a participant has attended any session, accessed learning materials, participated in activities, or received training resources, no refund shall be granted.

Certification and Examination Fees

Fees paid for:

• Certification Programs
• Professional Assessments
• Examination Registrations
• Accreditation Services
• Verification Services

are strictly non-refundable. 

Sponsorship and Partnership Fees

Payments made for sponsorships, partnerships, exhibition spaces, advertisements, promotional opportunities, or related activities are non-refundable once benefits have been activated or promotional activities have commenced.

Cancellation by NITE

Where NITE cancels an event, program, or activity for reasons within its control, participants may be offered:

• A full refund; or
• Transfer to a future event, program, or activity.

Duplicate Payments

Refunds may be approved for duplicate payments, overpayments, or verified billing errors.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds shall be processed within fourteen (14) to thirty (30) business days after approval.

Right to Refuse Refund Requests

NITE reserves the right to reject refund requests where services have been rendered, benefits have been provided, resources have been allocated, or costs have already been incurred.

Acceptance

By making payment for any NITE service, membership, event, certification, sponsorship, or program, the payer acknowledges and agrees to this Refund Policy.
